As an entrant to the stage of ISO auditing, a field saturated with more established B2B advertisers, OSAP wanted to adopt a short-and-sweet approach to marketing. We showed them where to focus, dominating channels with receptive viewers by creating brief, engaging content to quickly engross interested parties

We helped OSAP reduce their marketing overhead and drive an increase in conversions by writing targeted content for relevant webpages frequented by potential clients.
In short and impactful order, OSAP's banner ads decisively relay the message

OSAP not only wanted to win over new customers, but to encourage their current clients to adopt additional ISO certifications. As such we designed content for the already ISO-literate audience of OSAP, touting the various values of OSAP's 3 chief certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
With various lines for use with different OSAP personnel to conduct guerilla marketing, OSAP adopts many tones, always establishing itself as an industry expert.
We designed two branches of print publications for OSAP; shorter conversation starters for use in-person with informed recipients (such as trade shows or office visits) and more descriptive introductory material, for mailing campaigns.
The shorter, more technical fliers promote discussion with onsite staff, while the longer publications describe OSAP and its services to the layperson. In a field filled with pedantic and predictable print, we wrote OSAP's copy to stand out.

To better differentiate from their competitors, OSAP leans into its reputation for personal touch. However not every email can be written fresh by audit staff.
We took over OSAP's general copy: appointment reminders, checklists, update emails, all written in bulk. These short, easily digested communiques are perfectly formatted for the busy businessperson, sharing relevant information without being unpalatably long.
